The Jandalpower march across Europe is currently on hold while I earn some money to fill the expedition coffers.

Ubeda to Albacete (220km as the jandal flies) -The adventures of El Jandalino.
The 4th of February 2008 saw the beginning of an epic journey across Europe using the power of the flip-flop.
An expedition for the sole purpose of raising money and awareness for the SOS Children´s Villages charity.
SOS children’s villages provide mothers, brothers, and sisters to kids who have been left to fend for themselves.
They support over 60,000 children in 123 countries.
Pure unaided, unsupported, unadulterated jandal power.
…….a no nonsense alternative to shoe-based forms of transport.
The Europe leg of my trip will be without the use of conventional transport.
-no buses -no cars -no trains
-no motorbikes -no boats -no camels
This expedition, which I will call Operation EuroJandal, will follow the GR7 path through Spain and then link up with the long distance European route (E7) which winds its way across France, Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and will terminate in Istanbul, Turkey. A distance of over 5,000km.
